Account Policy, Closure & Applicable Law
Spin99 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for the following reasons:
- Any breach of a provision within these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period in accordance with current platform policy.
- Account closure requested by the user.
When an account is closed due to a violation, spin99 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance and may hold the cash balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Any legitimate cash balance will be returned after deducting applicable amounts as determined at our discretion.
